Great Service
"Coutryside Construction has been servicing our septic system since we moved to the Canyon Lake area about 1.5 years ago. All staff from the office support to the field technicians have been professional, courteous and honest about maintenance and service that is needed. Thomas is our normal technician and he is exceptional and has been very helpful in educating me on the Aerobic Septic System and how it functions. I recommend Countryside to anyone looking for a great company to contract with."

Great Help
"I was the general contractor for our "forever home" in River Crossing. Only had one bad subcontractor experience and that was for my septic system. After a miserable experience that left me without a passed inspection by Comal County, I turned to Countryside to get me on the right path. Their technician Michael came and made adjustments and showed me what I needed to do to be ready to pass. Both Walker and Dee have been very helpful as well! I now feel like I can schedule an inspection and get approval. Glad to know Countryside will take good care of me for the next couple years! My only regret is that I didn't use them to put in my system in the first place. "

"I want to thank Walker and the staff for their fast response to my request this morning. The septic system at the Mission of Divine Mercy Sister's house went out Friday afternoon, this was especially bad because of the health of one of the Sisters who is suffering from cancer. Not having the septic working under these conditions was very bad. I talked to Walker this morning right at 7 am, he was very understanding and told me he would have someone on it right away.....HE DID. The system was up and running before noon. Thomas the technicians wasted no time finding the problem, a bad pump. He had to go back to the shop to get a new pump but returned quickly and completed the repair. Thomas was friendly, professional and competent, he was a pleasure to work with. Thank you to the Countryside team for going the extra step to help us during this difficult time.
