"I want to thank Walker and the staff for their fast response to my request this morning. The septic system at the Mission of Divine Mercy Sister's house went out Friday afternoon, this was especially bad because of the health of one of the Sisters who is suffering from cancer. Not having the septic working under these conditions was very bad. I talked to Walker this morning right at 7 am, he was very understanding and told me he would have someone on it right away.....HE DID. The system was up and running before noon. Thomas the technicians wasted no time finding the problem, a bad pump. He had to go back to the shop to get a new pump but returned quickly and completed the repair. Thomas was friendly, professional and competent, he was a pleasure to work with. Thank you to the Countryside team for going the extra step to help us during this difficult time. "UPDATED 11/2016: (Problem was fixed within a few weeks of this review without a charge for our brand new system, which was no operating correctly after we moved in. Countryside did stand up to their work and products and has done a good job fixing the problem!) Previous issue: We just used them for a septic system for new build house. We have been in house for less than 2 months and "red" high alert septic alarm has gone off twice, which we were told should be extremely rare. We hadn't used any increased amounts of water and they texted today saying that we have to pay for service calls even though it was a $10,000 system and we have been in house for less than 60 days and it hasn't worked properly since we moved in."
