"UPDATED 11/2016: (Problem was fixed within a few weeks of this review without a charge for our brand new system, which was no operating correctly after we moved in. Countryside did stand up to their work and products and has done a good job fixing the problem!) Previous issue: We just used them for a septic system for new build house. We have been in house for less than 2 months and "red" high alert septic alarm has gone off twice, which we were told should be extremely rare. We hadn't used any increased amounts of water and they texted today saying that we have to pay for service calls even though it was a $10,000 system and we have been in house for less than 60 days and it hasn't worked properly since we moved in."
